Healing this infection with kefir and sunshine. In retrospect, I probably got this infection playing soccer barefoot in the park. No big deal. Building up my immune system even more, while I strengthen my feet. Yes, I'm careful to wash hands, towels, etc often, as well. I should also add, I've been putting a baking soda and oil mixture on it, which also helps. #kefir #sun #sunlight #sunshine #naturalskincare #natural #infection #ringworm #spiderbites
