I've been researching water filtration systems for months now, and finally found a great and economical solution! These gravity powered filters will work in the most remote or extreme cases, removing physical particles like metals, as well as biological contaminants like bacteria and parasites. Best, they're made from natural materials like clay. Starting at $180, I haven't found a more economical, reliable, and safe filter. I can't recommend them enough. Low tech is the most resilient.
