TLDR: Apple cider vinegar for humans and animals!

TLDR: Apple cider vinegar for humans and animals!

Our newly adopted dog came to us with a few health issues. He had some skin sores, and digestive issues.

The shelter we adopted him from said he'd had a bad reaction to the last deparasite treatment they gave him, and suspected liver damage. We live on a farm, and he's had a couple of ticks already. Additionally, he's been eating grass, cardboard, and other things that lead us to believe he's in digestive distress.

I already use apple cider vinegar for my scalp dermatitis, and we drink it for digestive health. So we read about using it on dogs and found it works at least as well on them. We mixed 50:50 with water in a spray bottle and applied it to his skin, especially where he has sores. We also put some in his water. Immediately, his skin looked better, and he seemed grateful. He also likes the water.

Apparently, this will not only help his existing internal and external issues, but also repel fleas and ticks! I can't recommend it enough.
