Wonderful father & son morning. Spent an hour and a half at the playground, enjoying the rain. Then he nicely let me cook ground beef with fermented ketchup and sauerkraut as garnishes. So proud of this little boy! #fatherson #fatherandson #guthealthmatters #fermentation #holistichealth #playground #playtime
