Yesterday Ingrid J Suarez and I went exploring back country Cochea. We crossed about 4 streams like the ones in the videos, in addition to the many bridges.

When we were 95% of the way across the rough area, we hit the mud pits. We spent 2.5 hours removing water and adding rocks to the first mud pit, and managed to free the car!

Then, literally 10 meters from the highway, we hit the worst mud pit. Thankfully, a nice young man stopped on his bike and offered to help. He brought another man, and together we pushed, to no avail. We flagged down a passing car, with two more men and (thankfully) a rope. In five more minutes we were out and back on the highway.
