Fermenting noni fruit juice

Noni juice is a traditional medicine from the pacific Islands. This amazing tree grows fast and gives fruit all year round. I have met at least 3 old people here in Panama who claim noni juice cured their cancer. All have been cancer free for decades. None of them even knew that fermenting it makes it medically more powerful (I.e. more antioxidants) and better tasting.
