Feelings slowly bubble
Baruch

Feelings slowly bubble
Beneath the mind's surface
Painful complex muddle
But they serve a purpose
Sit with each sensation
Breathe deeply and pay heed
Resist the temptation
Rumination to feed
For a pain physical
Visualize relief
For those problems mental
Counter each core belief
To feel the love inside
You must first love yourself
No force serves from outside
To fulfill your deep self
If you fear loneliness
Even if you're alone
You'll feel contentedness
When your true heart is known
Repeat aloud each day
Feel your heart and value
Ground in your chosen way
Manifest the new you
