Physical

This door is the physical universe — the material layer. Your body is part of it, not the other way around. Breath and craving live here. So does the sink of dishes. So do other people, and what they actually do. So does time — subtle, interesting, physical. Nothing here is pure. That is honesty, not a failure.

More than “my flesh”

My method, when I speak, is simple: meditate a little, take some deep breaths, relax — then speak as honestly as I can. Presence lives in a body. So does the craving. So does the kept word. But calling this door “Body” would shrink the territory. The physical is wider: black does not exist as absolute purity; white does not either — I have talked about that as science. A sink full of dirty dishes, in the present, and at most a feeling about it — that is physical fact. Feelings and attachments are carried. We carry them around with us, intertwined with the body and with language. When the body is where they are loud, that is carrying them in the body. Other people walking into the room, saying a hard thing, leaving, staying: that is physical too. The clock on the wall is physical too.

Someone on Reddit once said my speaking looked like NLP training. I had never trained in any of it. Techniques can fake authentic expression. Presence is what happens when the expression is real — including how you meet another person’s actions without confusing their body for an ideal.

I have watched my own videos back and felt genuinely disgusted on a day I was out of alignment — dishes piled while I taught these lessons. That discomfort sent me back to the sink. The sink was never a metaphor for Unity. It was the physical asking to be met.

If what is loud today is a charged word or a dream, start at Language or Symbols. Come here when the physical is carrying what the mouth cannot say — including relationship that is happening in flesh and time. Ideals, archetypes, maths, Platonic solids live under Symbols; living them roughly is always physical. The quiet under all of that is Unity.
