Guide

Yin Yang — a guide to awakening

A linguistics-first walk through awakening: how words build the dualistic frame — self / other, good / bad, smart / stupid — and how gently deconstructing those words loosens it. No hype, no performance.

Start here

This is not generic advice about being nicer, calmer, or more positive. The focus here is linguistics. As children we learn words, and every word does work: it names, it divides, it carries emotion and judgment with it, and together the words build the model of the world — and of ourselves — that we then live inside.

A word creates a pair: this, not that. Me, not you. Good, not bad. The ☯ is here because those opposites arise together, contain each other, and are never the whole of reality by themselves. Awakening, in this guide, is learning to see the word as a word — to deconstruct what judgment, emotion, and shadow it is carrying — until direct experience is no longer forced through such a narrow frame. Each step is short: the teaching, key lines in my own words from the transcripts, one word-level practice, and my video. Take them slowly. Life is a spiral, not a straight line.

Begin with Step 1: Your voice creates your reality →

Where this is going

These eight steps are the doorway. From here we will build glossaries of the charged words we live by — stubborn, stupid, lazy, broken, failure, trigger, masculine, feminine — and whole articles that deconstruct single words through shadow analysis and non-duality: what the word claims, what opposite it creates, what it hides in us, and what can be seen when the word is loosened.

The steps

  1. 1 Your voice creates your reality How words build your inner model — and start to limit what you can see.
  2. 2 Judgment is in the word To leave judgment to God, eliminate judgment from your words.
  3. 3 Keep your word Small promises, follow-through, and learning to trust yourself.
  4. 4 Speak yourself into existence Intentional words, spoken clearly and kept.
  5. 5 See clearly Clarity is a human ability, not magic.
  6. 6 When it hurts Triggers, ego death, and the dark night — the model is not you.
  7. 7 Presence, not performance Authenticity you embody, not techniques you fake.
  8. 8 Integration: there and back again Nigredo → Albedo → Citrinitas → Rubedo → ∞.
